• Served as lead gaming regulatory counsel on multi-billion-dollar deal representing foreign gaming client in acquisition of division of global gaming company based in the U.S.
• Served as principal outside gaming counsel to national casino entertainment company for Massachusetts and federal public policy matters.
• Drafted sports gaming legal opinions for lottery app operator on compliance with lottery laws for expansion to new jurisdiction.
• Represented daily fantasy sports operator in multi-jurisdictional gaming litigation.
• Advised casino gaming operator on tribal land-to-trust process under Indian Reorganization Act, Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, and tribe-specific land claim settlement acts.
• Advised sports betting and fantasy sports operators on state licensing requirements and compliance with gaming regulatory schemes.
• Counseled sports betting operator on responsible gaming requirements.
• Monitored legislative action and advocate for new legislation at the state level to authorize and regulate gambling on behalf of major casino operator. 
• Served as lead counsel in defense of major casino operator in widely publicized case involving patrons injured on the casino’s property.
• Secured dismissal of action alleging fraudulent withdrawal of funds from sports betting account on behalf of major sports betting operator.
• Drafted ballot question that would have allowed Massachusetts Gaming Commission to grant additional slots license and secured certification by the Attorney General.
• Advised bank on legal issues associated with issuing a co-branded credit card and associated rewards program with sports betting operator.
• Advised sports gaming companies on payment processor relationships and associated state and federal financial regulatory requirements.
• Advised multi-state video lottery and skill-based gaming machine operators on go-to-market and regulatory strategies.
• Represented clients in developing and licensing advance deposit wagering solutions in states without on-track wagering; testified as expert witness before legislative equine study committees.
