With nearly 20 years of experience, Ashley has litigated disputes before district courts, federal courts of appeal, the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. While working with clients to strategically and efficiently manage lawsuits, Ashley’s experience includes aggressively litigating patent and other intellectual property disputes with competitors in various industries. He is also experienced in false advertising litigation. Ashley is a registered patent attorney and holds a chemistry degree. He also previously served as a law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
