Lindy is a litigation associate who represents clients involved in government investigations and federal enforcement and compliance actions. She has experience handling matters with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Justice (DOJ), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), state attorney generals, and other regulatory agencies. She also assists clients with class action matters, complex commercial disputes and securities litigation, and regulatory work in the gaming industry regarding sports betting and fantasy sports.

Her experience includes managing sophisticated cases from pre-pleading through arbitration and trial. She has researched and drafted dispositive motions that have resulted in obtaining summary judgment and dismissal. Lindy has also deposed witnesses in person and virtually, coordinated e-discovery, successfully defended motions in court, and prepared for and attended mediations that have led to favorable settlements.

Lindy also maintains an active pro bono practice and has been recognized by the Supreme Judicial Court Standing Committee on Pro Bono Legal Services as a Pro Bono High Honor Roll awardee. As a member of the Board of Directors of the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts (AALAM), Lindy is co-chair of the Law Firm Committee and has moderated and spoken at numerous events for legal professionals.

Before joining the firm in 2021, Lindy was a judicial intern at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Additionally, while an undergraduate student at UMass Lowell, Lindy was a housing court intern at Northeast Legal Aid and attended Lowell Superior Court to interview clients and assist attorneys during mediations and hearings. She graduated from the UMass Lowell Honors College summa cum laude with dual English and History degrees and served two terms as Student Trustee on the University of Massachusetts Board of Trustees.
