Representative Experience:

  • Served as trial counsel with for multiple automotive clients in state and federal courts involving breach of warranty claims.
  • Served as trial counsel for two cargo carriers in claims involving personal injury and wrongful death.
  • Defended products including off-road vehicles, motor vehicles, snowmobiles, drug testing equipment, wheelchairs, nail guns, industrial equipment, trampolines, spinal surgical devices, surgical implants, and industrial cleaning products.
  • Experience with the California Song-Beverly Act and the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Acts.
