DIRECTIONS

From I-95: 
Take exit 70 for FL-704 E/Okeechobee Blvd. Head east on Okeechobee Blvd. until you reach N. Flagler Drive. Take a slight left onto N. Flagler Drive and continue on this road for just over half a mile. 

Turn left on N. Clematis Street and take your first right. This will bring you to the front of the 1 N. Clematis Street office building, where a valet will greet you. Upon entering the office building, take the elevator to the fifth floor. Exit to the left from the elevator, and Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel, Suite 500, will be directly ahead to the right.

If you prefer to self-park, pass N. Clematis Street from N. Flagler Drive and turn left on Banyan Blvd. Pass Lantana Avenue on the left, and take the next left into the Waterfront Clematis Parking Garage (located on the corner of Banyan Blvd. and 1st Street). Pull a parking ticket and park in any spot not labeled resident or valet. Take the parking garage elevator down to the first floor and exit the building to the left. Cross Lantana Avenue and enter the office building. Upon entering the office building, take the elevator to the fifth floor. Exit to the left from the elevator, and Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel, Suite 500, will be directly ahead to the right. When leaving, ask the receptionist for a parking validation. When exiting the garage, you will insert the parking ticket first and then insert the validation.
