Nelson Mullins attorney Erin Kolmansberger will moderate a panel at the 2023 Women, Influence & Power in Law (WIPL) Conference. The panel, titled “The Fintech Fallout: Preparing for Regulatory Risks and Safeguarding Your Organization,” will examine how companies can prepare for the risks associated with the technological innovations that drive FinTech.
