She represents corporate clients in a wide range of claims related to wrongful death, trucking and automobile accidents, products liability, and other matters involving accommodation and travel-related liability and premises.
Holly has an extensive background representing and advising a wide range of manufacturers, technology companies in the gig economy space, and travel companies in litigation matters. As a client partner and trusted advisor, she serves as national coordinating counsel, controlling a wide variety of personal injury cases around the country. Holly has an extensive network of trusted local counsel and experts throughout the country, and she routinely ensures consistency by sharing client company history and strategic approaches.
Holly is well-versed in crafting and enforcing effective terms and conditions, as well at thoughtful strategies that safeguard her clients’ rights.
