Randy has 35 years of experience in all aspects of negotiating and closing affordable housing transactions, including large affordable housing portfolio sales and acquisitions, low income housing tax credit, new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation, nonprofit development and tax exemptions, joint ventures with nonprofits, federal, state and local governmental subsidies, HUD financing, institutional financing, bond financing, co-developments, fair housing, administrative appeals, transactions with public housing authorities, housing for families, elderly, veterans, and developmentally disabled, and customized transactions to meet public private partnership goals. Randy also has experience in real estate development joint ventures for market rate housing.
