Christine Kain is a trial lawyer who defends pharmaceutical, medical devices, food and beverage, and other manufacturers in high-stakes class actions, mass torts, product liability, and consumer fraud cases. She has served as both national and local counsel, handling matters across a broad spectrum of products and industries, including pharmaceutical products, medical devices, asbestos, food recalls, foodborne illness outbreaks, and consumer fraud class actions. She has led company case teams, working closely with the clients on affirmative and defensive discovery, and has led expert teams, working with experts on the medicine and science underlying the litigation.
