Tim focuses much of his time on complex transactional matters that often prove crucial to a company's growth, evolution, or exit strategy. His legal experience includes handling domestic and international M&A deals including private equity buy and sell side transactions. He also serves as the outside general counsel, legal quarterback, and strategist for his clients. Tim's past experience as a former in-house general counsel enables him to provide the advice clients require in a highly competitive and sometimes treacherous business world.
