  • Serves as trial counsel for off-road vehicles and boats manufacturers in more than a hundred products liability and personal injury actions in state and federal courts across the United States
  • Assisted with enhancing internal safety systems and document retention policies for major products manufacturers
  • Served as national counsel for after-market manufacturing companies handling various product liability and patent trials and claims, including hitches, winches, stanchions, couplers, jacks, and related products
  • Participated in jet turbine cases and airbag and seatbelt restraint cases
  • Serves as trial counsel for multinational oil and gas producers in litigation involving real estate, personal injury, and contract issues
  • Served as lead trial counsel for a public utility defending it in a very significant explosion and burn lawsuit in Franklin County Common Pleas Court in Columbus, Ohio
  • Served as trial counsel for a public utility in a consolidated state court proceeding stemming from a natural gas explosion in Upper Arlington, Ohio
  • Served as trial counsel for public utilities in hundreds of cases involving property, electric, and natural gas related issues
  • Served as trial counsel for public utilities in class actions and personal injury claims and litigation arising out of incidents involving natural gas
