Mike has a national products liability, energy, and commercial litigation practice with specialties in the power sports, automotive, public utilities, and oil and gas industries. He works extensively with management of public and private companies to both assess and manage risks. He has significant experience in handling mediations and litigation in jurisdictions throughout the country.

- Served as national counsel for after-market manufacturing companies handling various product liability and patent trials and claims, including hitches, winches, stanchions, couplers, jacks, and related products
- Participated in jet turbine cases and airbag and seatbelt restraint cases
