Nelson Mullins Recognized in 2026 Chambers and Partners FinTech Guide

Nelson Mullins was recognized in Chambers and Partners 2026 FinTech rankings in three separate tables:

  • FinTech Legal: Payments & Lending - Band 3
  • FinTech Legal: Corporate, Securities & Financing - Band 3
  • FinTech: Legal - Band 5

The firm renewed its FinTech Legal and FinTech Legal: Payments & Lending rankings, and debuted on the FinTech Legal: Corporate, Securities & Financing table. 

Additionally, Brad Rustin was ranked Band 3 in the FinTech Legal: Payments & Lending table, and Leandro Molina was ranked Band 3 in FinTech Legal: Corporate, Securities & Financing.

Rustin heads Nelson Mullins' Financial Regulation and FinTech Practices. According to Chambers, he is "well regarded for his expertise in advising banks and FinTechs on innovative lending and payment products." Molina advises FinTech companies, emerging growth businesses, and investors on M&A transactions, financing rounds, and corporate governance matters. He represents U.S. and international clients, including companies seeking to establish or scale their operations in the United States. Chambers notes that Molina “provides exceptional client service, combining accessibility and clear communication with deep technical expertise.”
