Erin assists clients in regulatory and compliance issues, helping them respond to subpoenas and other alleged violations. She advises clients on their compliance obligations and legal risks in their business. She also helps clients plan and navigate internal investigations. In the financial sector, Erin assists clients in negotiating and drafting master service agreements between banks and FinTechs. She has substantial experience managing and successfully resolving a wide range of complex disputes in federal and state trial courts, mediations, FINRA arbitrations, and government/regulatory inquiries.

- Defense of breach of contract actions, including a matter involving Securities Purchase Agreements and counterclaims for breach of contract and 10b-5 claims
- Defense of financial professionals and brokerage firms against multimillion-dollar investor claims in Finra arbitrations (key role on litigation teams that obtained $0 awards/defense verdicts and vacatur of a Finra award in state court)
- Defense of class actions under TCPA involving alleged multibillion-dollar damages, including defeating class certification
- Defense of shareholder action in Delaware Chancery Court
- Defense of ADA cases and assist clients in ADA compliance matters
- Defense of action brought by Receiver for the Nevada Department of Insurance against officers, directors, management company, and reinsurer
- Assist clients in inquiries from Florida Office of Financial Regulation
- Handled third party subpoenas to client from FTC for documents and witness testimony
