She advises clients on their compliance obligations and legal risks in their business. She has substantial experience managing and successfully resolving a wide range of complex disputes in federal and state trial courts, mediations, FINRA arbitrations, and government/regulatory inquiries.

  • Defense of financial professionals and brokerage firms against multimillion-dollar investor claims in Finra arbitrations (key role on litigation teams that obtained $0 awards/defense verdicts and vacatur of a Finra award in state court)
  • Defense of class actions under TCPA  involving alleged multibillion-dollar damages, including defeating class certification
  • Defense of shareholder action in Delaware Chancery Court
  • Defense of ADA cases and assist clients in ADA compliance matters
  • Defense of action brought by Receiver for the Nevada Department of Insurance against officers, directors, management company, and reinsurer
