Preparing privilege logs can be a difficult, time-consuming part of the discovery process. On March 19, a webinar, "The Sedona Conference Commentary on Privilege Logs," will outline the issues associated with privilege logs, offer insight, and provide helpful mitigation tools and strategies.
Nelson Mullins partner Travis Bustamante is one of three panelists part of the Commentary. He joins panelists Jennifer Scullion of Seeger Weiss LLP in Jersey City, New Jersey, and Marli Want from the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The Sedona Conference (TSC) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in the areas of antitrust law, complex litigation, intellectual property rights, and data security and privacy law.
Bustamante’s litigation practice focuses on electronic discovery, data breach response efforts, and helping companies respond to government investigations and inquiries. He works with clients in state and federal courts on issues of discovery strategy and provides counsel regarding information governance, fact investigations, document review strategies, discovery motions practice, and document productions.
