Travis’s experience includes counseling Fortune 500 healthcare, financial services, and pharmaceutical clients in large-scale litigation and in response to regulatory inquiries by the U.S. Department of Justice and various state attorney generals during all phases of the electronic discovery reference model. Pre-litigation, he counsels clients on strategies to address the ever-growing volume of data and defends those strategies in the event they face challenges during future litigation.

    • Drafted court orders and bench memorandums, examined motions to prepare factual statements for summary judgment opinions and worked closely with judicial clerks in analyzing issues before the Court
