NEW YORK – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is pleased to announce that Kristen E. Andreoli has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions. Andreoli joins from Polsinelli.

Andreoli focuses her practice on commercial real estate financing transactions, representing institutional lenders, developers, and other equity stakeholders in a wide range of matters. Her experience includes traditional mortgage loans, commercial mortgage-backed securities, construction loans, mezzanine loans, and other forms of equity-based financing.

Andreoli also advises clients on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, as well as matters related to the ongoing ownership and management of real property.
