In the Senate, SB 241, Senator Mike Dugan’s (R-Carrollton) comprehensive election reform measure, spurred hours-long argument by members in the well. In the House, HB 290, Representative Ed Setzler’s (R-Acworth) hospital and nursing home visitation bill, was the topic of longest discussion so far.
