Representative Matters

  • Managed legislative agenda and organizational matters for public education client, resulting in achievement of its key funding and policy goals in the Georgia General Assembly including restoration of $166 million in austerity cuts and salary increases for all certified educators.
  • Successfully defended client in bid protest and appeal for state contract worth over $30 million through two levels of administrative review and petition for writ of certiorari in Superior Court of Fulton County. 
  • Developed, implemented, and supervised an electronic discovery project encompassing 1.2 million documents and utilizing targeted review strategies and advanced analytics processes.
