Thad is a founder and co-chair of the firm’s State Attorneys General Actions practice, where he represents some of the largest corporations in the world. He has developed working relationships with attorneys general throughout the country to negotiate resolutions to difficult client issues, but also has a deep understanding of how to defend single-state and multi-state attorneys general actions and investigations. His litigation practice focuses on the areas of business and complex litigation, consumer finance litigation, class action defense, administrative law, and campaign and election law issues. He currently serves on the firm’s marketing committee, is a past chairman of the firm's recruiting committee, and is a former member of the firm’s associates committee.
