  • Represented a private equity portfolio company buyer in a $22 million acquisition of a total control system and design manufacturing company.
  • Represented a healthcare real estate development, investment, and management company buyer in a $57 million acquisition of partnership interest of healthcare office buildings.
  • Represented a beverage bottling company buyer in a $6.7 million acquisition of an equipment re-manufacturing company.
  • Represented a private equity portfolio company borrower in a $9.6 million credit facility.
  • Represented a private equity portfolio company borrower in a $12 million credit facility.
  • Represented a private equity portfolio company borrower in a $51 million credit facility.
  • Represented a subsidiary of an Australian based public company in its acquisition and financing of its $160 million investment to acquire and build a Tennessee manufacturing plant for the production and supply of lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles and power grid storage applications.
