She represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in all aspects of their business, with a focus on buy-side and sell-side acquisitions. Stephanie also represents growth companies from formation, through seed-stage and growth equity investments, and through their ultimate sale transactions. As part of her practice, Stephanie counsels entrepreneurs and companies throughout all stages of company growth and across a broad range of industries including supply and manufacturing, healthcare, and data privacy and technology. Stephanie is also experienced representing clients navigating emerging industries and markets. Since 2018, Stephanie has counseled clients breaking into the cannabis and hemp industries in Georgia and Tennessee.
