- Has represented developers, investors, and operators in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, joint ventures, leasing, land use, eminent domain, title insurance, title issue resolution, and property tax matters.
- Has represented financial institutions in commercial loan originations as lead and local counsel, and also in distressed debt matters, including loan modifications, workouts, foreclosures, and bank–owned (REO) property dispositions.
- Has represented operating companies as outside general counsel and also in connection with corporate transactional matters, including entity and joint venture formation, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations.
- Has represented large–scale community associations as outside general counsel, including homeowners associations, condominium regimes and commercial property owners associations.
- Has represented solar energy developers in the development of utility–scale projects, including site acquisition, title insurance, land use, economic incentives, project finance, and project disposition.
