Throughout his nearly 20 years of professional experience, Rob has acquired a unique and diverse background. Rob has served as both outside and in-house legal counsel, as well as a corporate executive in roles such as executive vice president, chief operating officer and, most recently, chief executive officer of a large steel manufacturer. Such experience has resulted in him becoming a trusted legal advisor to many manufacturing companies throughout North America and allows him to create practical business-oriented solutions to otherwise complex legal problems.

Rob advises and represents clients in a vast array of legal and business matters, including commercial and employment litigation, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, supplier/customer disputes, labor management and collective bargaining, HR compliance, business consolidations and reductions-in-force, acquisitions, workplace safety and OSHA compliance, environmental management, and risk mitigation.
