  • Won a take nothing award in Beaumont on behalf of a prominent Texas law firm in an arbitration filed by a former attorney of that firm asserting, among other claims, gender discrimination, harassment, and retaliatory discharge.
  • Obtained a defense verdict for the manufacturer of a construction product facing subrogation claims. In the first case of its type to go to trial, successfully defeated the insurance companies' claims that the client's product attracts lightning and is especially prone to igniting house fires when struck by lightning.
  • Obtained a defense verdict in arbitration for an attorney accused of malpractice in his work on more than a dozen matters for the former clients who sued him.
  • Represented a major tobacco company in Engle progeny cases tried in Florida federal courts.
