Greg advises clients on the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA), per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), environmental assessments, brownfields, greenhouse gas compliance, coastal mitigation, permitting, and due diligence issues. Greg's experience in these areas spans the preparation of opinion letters through trial and arbitration.

Greg has acted as national counsel for several companies involved in environmental, product liability, unfair competition, mass tort, and other litigation throughout the United States. He currently defends businesses in environmental, product liability, and mass tort litigation.

Greg also commits a substantial portion of his time each year to pro bono matters. He works with Massachusetts Lawyers Clearinghouse, Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), and the Arts & Business Council of Boston to represent and advocate for individuals and nonprofit entities involved in litigation and administrative actions.
