  • Obtained complete dismissal for a national bank before the American Arbitration Association against alleged violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
  • Represented an insurance agency in a federal class action matter involving allegations of discrimination due to exclusions of coverage for gender-confirming care.
  • Represented a health care group in a state class action matter for alleged violations of the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act.
  • Represented numerous physicians and related entities due to allegations of professional negligence.
  • Represented a health care group in a state class action matter for alleged violations of sexual misconduct.
  • Represented a university in large-scale Title IX case, where summary judgment was awarded, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit affirmed the ruling.
  • Represented a university that was allegedly not giving tenure to a professor due to discrimination. The university was awarded summary judgement, which the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit upheld. The Supreme Court of the United States denied certiorari.
  • Represented a board of education in a wrongful termination case involving allegations of violations of the First Amendment. The board of education was awarded summary judgment.
