His experience spans patent prosecution, portfolio development and management, freedom-to-operate and landscape analyses, clearance assessments, and preparation of non-infringement and invalidity opinions.

Before entering the legal profession, he worked as a research and design engineer in electrical and optical technologies, including reverse-engineering sensors for use in patent infringement analysis.
