Previous Professional Experience 

  • Full-service law firm, Associate (2022-2026); Summer Associate (Summer 2020 & 2021)

Representative Matters 

  • Served as second chair on trial team that obtained favorable jury verdict in a family ownership dispute of a closely held manufacturing corporation.
  • Successfully obtained dismissal of various intellectual property claims in lawsuit between two competitors offering child behavioral therapy services
  • Favorably negotiated settlement on behalf of pipeline machinery company in suit against major manufacturer
  • Obtained dismissal of claims brought by creditor against third-party purchaser of commercial equipment
  • Member of trial team that successfully defended against claims from minority shareholder against corporation involving merger transaction.
  • Served as second chair on trial team that obtained a complete defense verdict in a commercial real estate dispute involving claims of unjust enrichment related to real estate financing. Prior to the trial, Dylan served as the principal drafter and helped obtain summary judgment on all but one of the plaintiff’s claims.
  • Represented owner of stockyards in one of the largest reparations complaints ever brought before the United States Department of Agriculture. In this ongoing dispute, Dylan served as the second chair of a two-day trial before the administrative agency hearing officers.
  • Served as second chair in bench trial between neighboring farmers and landowners. After a multi-day bench trial concerning the path of an access easement, Dylan, along with lead counsel, obtained a ruling from the judge that ordered the exact path of easement advocated by their clients.
