He devotes a large part of his practice to labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice litigation, and related counseling, as well as representing employers in representation proceedings before the NLRB and in union organizing matters.
Arturo has also devoted substantial practice time to post-employment restriction counseling and litigation, drafting employment agreements, policies, and compensation arrangements. He also routinely handles complex wage and hour matters, including national wage and hour audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.
