Her environmental regulatory work includes guiding clients through complex compliance issues under the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), as well as comparable state laws. In addition, Amanda conducts comprehensive environmental due diligence and risk analysis in connection with mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate development projects. Amanda also has experience with both state and federal environmental litigation, including class actions, toxic tort cases, and administrative litigation, involving challenges to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rulemakings.
Amanda also advises on emerging Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and sustainability issues. She counsels companies on compliance with sustainability disclosure laws, green marketing standards, extended producer responsibility (EPR) regulations, and circular economy initiatives.
