  • Represents operating companies, developers and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, leasing, land use, eminent domain, title issue resolution, and property tax matters such as property tax appeals, exemptions and 1031 exchanges. 
  • Represents solar energy developers in the development of utility-scale projects, including site acquisition, title insurance, land use, economic incentives, project finance, and project disposition.
  • Represents financial institutions in commercial loan originations as lead and local counsel.
  • Represents financial institutions in distressed debt matters, including loan modifications, workouts, foreclosures, and bank-owned (REO) property dispositions. 
  • Represents operating companies, including startup, growth, and maturity stage companies, as outside general counsel and also in connection with corporate transactional matters, including entity and joint venture formation, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations.
  • Represents large scale community associations as outside general counsel, including homeowners associations, property owners associations, and condominium regimes.
