Nelson Mullins received several honors at the 2025–2026 United Way Community Awards, including the Spirit of the Midlands Award, the Division Chairman’s Award for Best Attorney Campaign, and the Community Champion Award for Best Performing Workplace Campaign. These accolades reflect the firm’s commitment to supporting United Way initiatives and ongoing dedication to community engagement and philanthropic participation.

The United Way Community Awards celebrate organizations that demonstrate exceptional dedication to improving lives and creating opportunities through support of United Way programs. The firm’s recognition highlights the collaborative efforts of its team members, who contribute time, resources, and leadership to advance these initiatives. Notably, this marked the firm’s first time receiving both the Spirit of the Midlands Award and the Community Champion Award. In addition, Donna Tillis was individually recognized as the 2025 Campaign Director of the Year.

The awards ceremony took place on Wednesday, April 22, at Central Energy in Columbia, South Carolina. Tillis, along with Charles West and Natalie Webb, attended to accept the honors on behalf of the firm.
