The National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics (NILE) has named Jake Kohn, senior policy advisor at Nelson Mullins, as one of its 2026 Top Lobbyists. The recognition marks Jake's second consecutive appearance on NILE's Top Lobbyists list. This prestigious recognition places Kohn among the top 100 professionals selected from nearly 50,000 registered lobbyists nationwide.

The NILE Top Lobbyist Awards are the only honors in the profession created by lobbyists, for lobbyists. Nominations are judged blindly by peers—without names or resumes—ensuring that recipients are recognized solely for the merit of their work. This recognition highlights professionals who have achieved notable legislative accomplishments, demonstrated innovation in their field, earned the respect of their clients and peers, and made meaningful contributions to their communities through charitable or pro bono service.
