- Represented companies involved in multi-district litigation in wide-ranging capacities; responsibilities included:
- Expert witness preparation.
- Depositions of fact witnesses.
- Managing pre-and post-remand discovery.
- Developing motions and case strategy for individual cases.
- Defended clients in state and federal courts as local and national counsel.
- Counseled clients on a variety of electronic discovery and information management issues, including development of defensible strategies for the preservation, collection, and production of electronically stored information. Clients include insurance and pharmaceutical companies, a corporate landlord, and a post-secondary educational Institution.
- Assisted in end-to-end discovery for clients in matters, including pharmaceutical and medical device products liability litigation, antitrust multidistrict litigation, False Claims Act litigation, and inquiries from U.S. and other government regulators, including DOJ subpoena responses.
- Pro bono efforts include representing incarcerated individuals before the state’s Parole Board and filing administrative appeals as needed.
