BOSTON – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is pleased to welcome Benjamin Lajoie as a partner in its Boston litigation practice. Lajoie, who joins from McGlinchey Stafford, brings extensive experience in complex business, financial services, government enforcement, and securities litigation.

Lajoie represents financial institutions, private funds, investment advisers, and asset managers in high-stakes disputes involving counterparties, investors, and regulatory matters. He also advises life sciences companies, general contractors, and manufacturers on litigation related to trade secrets, employment, vendor relationships, unfair trade practices, and fraud claims.
