Jay also represents college and university athletic departments, multi-media rights holders, sports franchise investors, sports equipment, footwear and apparel manufacturers, sports agencies and executives.
Rollins conducts a comprehensive securities, corporate governance, and regulatory practice in which he represents investment advisers, broker-dealers, banks, investment companies, transfer agents, issuers, independent directors, and their employees before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), state regulators, state and federal courts, and others.
Boston magazine partners with DataJoe Research to compile the extensive list, the organization said. It invited lawyers in the area to nominate up to three of their peers in a select number of specialties. The full process and methodology behind the selection process for the list can be found here.
