Nelson Mullins Advises Nextmv on Acquisition by FICO
Nelson Mullins represented Nextmv in its recent acquisition by FICO. Nextmv builds software for automating and optimizing decision workflows, while FICO is a global leader in decision intelligence and analytics. Together, the companies will strengthen agentic decision workflows and modern DecisionOps capabilities, that will boost decision model governance, observability, and reliability.
The Nelson Mullins team was led by partner George Akers, supported by associates Alex Bernstein and Meg Krussel.
