  • Represented accounting software company in multiple venture capital and growth equity financings in the aggregate of $24M and multiple venture debt financings for term loans and revolving credit lines in the aggregate of $3.5M
  • Represented corporate venture investor in $30M Series D investment in an automobile technology company valued at over $1B
  • Represented healthcare technology company in multiple growth equity financings totaling $47M
  • Represented marketing technology company in $75M recapitalization transaction with private equity investor, which involved a tender offer to existing stockholders
  • Represented healthcare IT company in $165M merger with strategic buyer
  • Represented private equity group in acquisition of multiple companies in government contractor aerospace industry as part of a roll-up strategy
  • Represented photography SaaS company in $70M equity sale and rollover transaction
