Nelson Mullins partner James Reardon was quoted in a Politico article offering insight on gasoline made in idled refineries from California to St. Croix.

“The Trump administration and Lee Zeldin at the EPA have changed course on certain policies that would facilitate the reopening of the St. Croix refinery,” said Reardon, who is based in Houston and works with oil and gas companies. Discussing a closed St. Croix refinery that had been strategically located to refine Venezuelan crude, he noted his skepticism the refinery can attract an investor willing to fork over enough money to restart it.
