Businesses and other organizations looking into cloud computing must choose the appropriate service and deployment models. That means understanding the business models, developing an appropriate legal team, studying the available providers and their service agreements, and knowing their liabilities limitations. Businesses as well should understand what and why they need to protect their inventions, best practices, and the process toward patent and trademark protection.
Nelson Mullins will host simultaneous sessions of a CLE event in its Columbia and Greenville offices Feb. 13, 2019 beginning at 2 p.m. to discuss these issues in conjunction with the South Carolina Chapter – Association of Corporate Counsel.
