Nelson Mullins partner Lucie Cohen will be speaking at the 2021 Advanced E-Discovery Institute in Washington, D.C. Cohen's panel, "ESI Storage Matters: Why I Wish We Did Not Chat Anymore," will explore practical aspects of how to design multi-jurisdictional policies in the space between privacy, cybersecurity, and the EDRM model.
