Lucie Cohen advises clients on discovery strategy in complex litigation, regulatory proceedings, and government investigations. She works with companies facing significant data and document demands, helping them manage discovery obligations in a way that advances case strategy, controls burden and cost, and minimizes disruption to the business.

Lucie frequently serves in an enterprise discovery counsel role, guiding clients through recurring and overlapping disputes, investigations, and subpoenas with a consistent, coordinated approach. She partners with legal departments, business teams, and case counsel to develop defensible positions on preservation, collection, search, review, and production, and she advocates those positions in negotiations with opposing counsel, regulators, and courts.

Her practice also includes advising clients on broader information governance and records management issues, including policies and practices designed to improve readiness for litigation and investigations and support defensible disposition of legacy data. She also counsels clients on the responsible use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, in discovery and information management workflows.
