Nelson Mullins is again a supporting partner of the 3686 Conference, for the third consecutive year. The 12th annual 3686 Conference is an entrepreneur and investor event in Nashville hosted by firm client LaunchTN. Lori Anne Czepiel and Joe Daniels co-lead the firm’s relationship with LaunchTN and its investments made through InvestTN, a $70 million fund supported by LaunchTN that invests in early-stage companies led by founders from diverse communities in Tennessee. 

On Tuesday, September 9, Nelson Mullins will be sponsoring the Brella 1-on-1 Networking room. 3686 attendees use the Brella app to schedule meetings with the Nelson Mullins team and other participants throughout the day.

On Wednesday, September 10, firm partners Lori Anne Czepiel, Joe Daniels and Geof Vickers will host a workshop “Investments and Exits – Lunch and Learn with Lawyers from Nelson Mullins.” The session will cover negotiating financing and M&A transactions, including market terms for SAFEs, convertible notes, and preferred stock; key M&A considerations; and what investors expect regarding equity protection, IP, and more. The session features local leaders, executives, and innovators answering audience questions.
