  • Negotiated $150 million master agreement for public utility company to outsource application maintenance and network management services
  • Negotiated $20 million master agreement for paper manufacturer to outsource client’s IT security and infrastructure
  • Negotiated $500 million master agreement for global consumer goods manufacturer and retailer for outsourcing client’s customer service, online ordering, shipping, customer payment, and application development functions
  • Represented utility company in outsourcing its back office customer support services
  • Counseled publicly traded manufacturing company in outsourcing of payroll and benefits processing services and negotiation of third party administrator arrangement
  • Counseled national hardware and software company providing web conferencing and second generation video conferencing
  • Counseled national manufacturing company in outsourcing of entire IT department
  • Counseled custom application development company in design and development of iPhone application for national restaurant chain
  • Counseled large automobile manufacturing company in comprehensive outsourcing of IT functions to multiple third party IT logistics providers
