2019 South Florida Health Forum
Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel will host its annual South Florida Health Forum on Oct. 11 in Davie, Florida. Local and national industry leaders will discuss the current state of the healthcare industry, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity in healthcare. Ford Koles of the Advisory Board Company will give the keynote address and Nelson Mullins Braod and Cassel partner Mike Segal will serve as master of ceremonies.
The agenda is as follows:
- 8:30-9 a.m., Registration and breakfast
- 9-10:30 a.m., Keynote presentation by the Advisory Board's Ford Koles
- 10:30-11:15 a.m., "Private Equity's Role in the Changing World of Healthcare" panel
- Tom Moran (Nelson Mullins) will moderate and the panelists will be: Mike Seigal (Nelson Mullins), Dr. Reuven Porges (SCA), Marc Cabrera (Oppenheimer), and Walter Olshanski (KPMG Corporate Finance LLC).
- 11:15-11:30 a.m., Networking and coffee break
- 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m., "The Nuts and Bolts of a Successful PE Deal" panel
