He has counseled clients on a wide range of corporate, tax, employment, and regulatory issues that affect healthcare transactions, including navigating issues that implicate the Stark law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other Medicare and Medicaid laws that affect healthcare transactions. He has represented accountable care organizations, clinical integration networks, value-based enterprises and worked with providers in creating value-based contracts, arrangements, and joint ventures. He has represented hospitals in the formation and operation of integrated hospital and physician delivery systems, joint venture relationships, and other hospital/physician transactions.
