Continuing the FinTech University series, join the chair of Nelson Mullins FinTech and Regulation Practice, Richard Levin, commercial litigation attorney Erin Kolmansberger, civil litigation attorney Katherine Baker, and special guest Jennifer Docherty, for this one-hour session, "The Business Case for Women in FinTech." Levin will moderate. The discussion will focus on leveraging gender diversity to enhance the performance of FinTech companies.
Levin chairs the firm's FinTech and Regulation Practice. He advises clients on corporate, FinTech, securities, and regulatory issues.
Kolmansberger practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation in federal and state trial courts and before arbitral panels. She represents clients ranging from entrepreneurs, receivers, and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in major litigation, including ADA compliance and litigation, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, breach of contract actions, and defending class actions brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Baker represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of complex civil litigation and is a trusted advisor in the areas of gaming law, higher education law, employment law and public policy. A primary focus of her practice is assisting casino gaming operators, vendors, and entrepreneurs to navigate the state and federal commercial and tribal gaming landscape, including leveraging FinTech solutions.
