Tracy is a litigation partner who represents major automobile manufacturers, heavy equipment companies, and consumer product businesses in complex, high-exposure disputes nationwide. Her practice focuses on product liability and warranty litigation, complemented by experience in employment law, consumer finance, and broader business disputes.
Tracy takes a practical, business-oriented approach to litigation. She works closely with clients to assess risk early, identify strategic opportunities, and develop tailored plans to resolve matters efficiently where possible. When litigation must be carried through, she advocates effectively through discovery, motion practice, and trial, keeping client objectives and cost considerations front and center.
She is particularly experienced in working with national manufacturers and OEMs, supporting both ongoing litigation needs and discrete matters as they arise. Tracy values building long-term client relationships and looks for opportunities to expand her role as a trusted advisor—whether by assisting with related employment issues, warranty exposure, or other litigation risks facing the business.
Clients rely on Tracy for thoughtful judgment and clear communication. She understands the broader operational and reputational considerations that accompany litigation and provides guidance that aligns legal strategy with business goals.
In addition to her litigation practice, Tracy’s background in corporate governance and regulatory compliance allows her to advise companies on risk mitigation and internal decision-making. She regularly helps clients think beyond the immediate dispute to reduce future exposure.
Before entering private practice, Tracy served as a judicial law clerk, gaining valuable insight into how courts evaluate arguments and make decisions. She applies that perspective to craft clear, effective advocacy at every stage of litigation.
