  • Federal, state, and local loan and subsidy programs, including the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), CHDO, CDBG, ESG, tax-exempt bonds, and the low-income housing, historic, and New Markets tax credit programs
  • HUD and FHA insured residential, commercial, and healthcare housing programs (including 221(d)(3), 221(d)(4), 223(f), 232, 242, 202, 811, Section 8
  • Conversions of federal public housing rental assistance under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program
  • Distressed residential asset and portfolio resolutions and dispositions 
  • Public/private/philanthropic partnerships for affordable housing and community economic development
  • Assignments, modifications, and renewals of Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contracts
  • Transfers of physical assets (TPA) and ownership interests in federally assisted housing
  • Strategies for housing affordability, attainability, and community wealth preservation
  • Mixed-income housing acquisition, development, and asset management
  • Integrated land use planning and public engagement for mixed-use redevelopment financed with tax increment financing.
