  • Litigating products liability claims from start to finish, including factual investigation, developing the defense narrative, coordinating expert analysis, and leading all aspects of fact and expert discovery and depositions, pretrial proceedings and trial for automotive, recreational vehicle, industrial equipment, boat and consumer product manufacturers
  • Managing Texas state court multidistrict litigation for automotive manufacturer, including coordinating with nationwide defense efforts in complex litigation

  • Directed verdict, affirmed by 5th Circuit, in death case involving allegedly defective curtain shield airbag (United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division)
  • Two defense verdicts in personal injury cases involving allegedly defective seats (United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division and Upshur County, Texas)
  • Defense verdict in death case involving carbon monoxide poisoning in boat case (Galveston County, Texas)
  • Litigated personal injury case against utility task vehicle manufacturer that resulted in a settlement and dismissal in favor of the manufacturer from after-market component part supplier during trial
