Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions and Dispositions

  • Represented private equity firm in the $25 million sale of a Florida multifamily housing development.

  • Represented real estate investment firm, in the $32 million sale of a retail shopping center in St. Lucie County, Florida to a regional developer.
  • Represented multifamily developer in connection with the $11.48 million acquisition of entitled land for the development of a 280-unit apartment project.

Commercial Real Estate Financings

  • Represented private lender in connection with a secured credit facility, including diligence and negotiation of loan and collateral documents.
  • Represented borrower in a $22 million acquisition loan secured by commercial property.
  • Represented borrower in connection with a $5.9 million construction loan for a retail project.
